Hi Andrea, Welcome to this site. It a great community for help in building this open source robot arm.
I have sent you the ART4 TramsmissionColum design in a step file that I created from Fusion 360 for you to also try. It will help you print all parts on your printer.
    RegardsMartin Barr.
P.S I am also looking and designing an Idle Gear for the other side of the transmission column, this is based on the redesign that was done by Danny Van Den Heuvel. I am printing now and going to assemble to test later this week.

Hi Angel, I sent you an email about the sensors.
Did you have time to look at them?
Homing is still not working although I can move the robot arm without that by just setting it in the home position manually and running some gcode to the grbl interface on the Arduino board.
I have a video but it seems too big to send via email I tried also on here but it’s too big (190MB MP4)

    Hi Thalles,
I attach a text file I use to send to the grbl Arduino.
I am using the Universal gcode tool to upload and send the commands.
    Hope this helps you.

Hi I have been using G01 and it works.

I will post a text file with a little test routine if you want.

Hi Danny, You robot controlling program looks cool.
Is it freely available for use on the Thor Robot Arm yet?
I am having issues controlling all six axis together with the GRBL Universal GCode Sender, I seem to be able to control only 3 or 4 axis, the top two do not move. I have tested them and know that they do move on my test rig and also tested by driving them on the ART1-3 driver motors.
Any help on this would be great.
    Many thanks

    Hi Trent,

Where do you order your boards from?

I have just screwed my first board up, lost an SMD pad when removing a badly solderd LED.

Would love to know if I can order in the UK
