Does anyone know if the same firmware is used on the other versions of Thor. Aka “‘Thor’ robot with addons and GUI” by dannyvandenheuve. Because they use different boards so I’m not sure if the same GRBL would work

I’m confused on what you’re in need of. You have the Fysect Spider control board (super interesting board that I hadn’t heard of before) so you don’t need the control pcb that Angel posted. You already have a board with enough stepper drivers.

Edit: Sorry I’m on mobile and only just realized that the person with the spider isn’t OP.

Honestly if you’re willing to pay for professional 3d printing I would think that going for a better material then pla. I see PETG as the minimal for functional prints like Thor. It no longer costs significantly more than PLA and has much better mechanical properties.
