I want to make drawing robotic arm with this design and ; ramps 1.4, any software suggestion

Oou can use the Gcode plotter extension for inkscape.You download the extension from the inkscape website. I assume you would convert your drawing/image in to a .dxf (i assume)Then the extension would convert the drawing in to usable machine code. As for your machine there are dozens of options, you could use a GRBL type arduino set up, or something more ;”industrial” i guess. Something Mach3 based or an Ethernet smooth-stepper.
