Hello:

We are still building the robot and at this moment we are stuck with the bearing for Art4. We printed both pieces and tried with plastic and metal balls but both of them fit so tightly that we can hardly turn the bearing with our hands. We thought to print the bearing again increasing the torus’ radius a bit but we do not know how to do it (we are still learning to use Freecad) In file Art4BearingRing, we think it is Sketch047, but we do not know how to go further to the radius.
Can anyone say how to modify it in both files of the bearing?

Hello Rafael,

In Art4TransmissionColumn FreeCAD file you have to go to the Sketch046 and change the radius (default is 3,2mm) with the radius value of your choice. To do it just double click on the Sketch046 to change to the Part Design workbench to be able to edit the dimensions. Double click on the radius dimension and change it.

The same goes for the Art4BearingRing FreeCAD file, but in this case the Sketch047 is the one that you will have to modify.
