Hello,
I have started my build a while ago, and everything seems to work fine except of articulation 2 movement. When I try to move it through Asgard software – it starts to move but then skips the teeth of the gear and can’t get up. I feel like there is a problem with tensioning of two sections ART2 – which is not allowing proper connection of the gears to the plastic part.
I have added a link to an image where you can see a big gap betweeen the parts I have tried to hold this part with my hand and turn on the ART2 – then it started to go up perfectly without skipping any gears. So – is there any way to tension it?
P.S. I did the assembly part right, all the 3D printed parts are correct and all the bolts are tightened up.

Hi Adamson, I’m very sorry I didn’t see your message until now. Sorry for the delay in responding.
From the photo, I can see that the Art2BodyA part is positioned further out than it should be (looking at the photo, the Art2BodyA part should be about 2-3mm further to the right).

If you don’t mind, please check the following points:
– Check that the gears on the joint 2 motors mesh perfectly with the gear crown on the Art2BodyA part.
– Check that those same gears are correctly inserted into the motor shaft and that they are not pushing the Art2BodyA part outward.
– Check the length of the smooth rod that acts as the shaft on that side of the joint. If it is longer than it should be, it will push the Art2BodyA part outward.
